That being said this tool does cost some money and you as the landlord will have to rely on it as your source of income. Some people are uncomfortable with their business’s fate being in another’s hands and they would rather get leads own their own. In this post, I’d like to share where you as a landlord can find steady streams of leads for your MTR.


Hospitals

Going directly to hospitals is a great option for finding leads for your MTR. Calling someone within the staffing offices and building a solid contact can be extremely powerful. This way you can get a flow of traveling nurses and other working professionals within the hospital directly and have them stay at your rentals. Oftentimes, these individuals will be required to have background checks to work at the hospital which is great for you as the landlord because you are getting someone who is already vetted and safe to be employed.


Colleges

Anther great options is to contact any colleges that may be in your town. Schools have professors and other individuals come to the university for short periods of time. Setting up a contact within these schools can allow you to gain another lead source for future tenants. These leads will likely be well educated individuals which makes for a safe and reliable tenant.


Local Tourism Center

Your local tourism center may be able to direct you to find a group of people who are traveling to your town for a short time period. Building a contact with someone working in the city will allow you to get leads from people coming for events that you never knew existed.


Large Businesses

Large businesses within your city will likely have people come in for business meetings or projects. These people need somewhere to stay for a short yet extended period of time and your MTR could be the perfect spot. These leads will be excellent and can fill the void in any vacancies you may have.


These are just a few of the many ways you can get direct booking leads for your MTR. Branch out and build some connections within your city. These techniques will surely bring about some quality tenants!
